It is the first stage of rim repair process.
In this step rims are subjected to chemical treatment to remove all ink coats, leaving just the structure.
In this process all rim deformations caused by accidents or road holes are repaired.
This part requires manual or hydraulic work, aiming to perfect rim joints repair.
This process tries to find any rim surface imperfection to continue towards painting line.
In a second step, after cooled, rim is sanded to remove primary excesses and to find defects before final painting.
Third step is painting the rims with color requested by client.
Fourth and final step is varnishing and baking the rims.
